Q: When I try to download the level packs from the shop the game takes
my money but does not give me the level pack. It tells me to create
an account in the sandbox environment and i doont know what that is.
A: This problem appears on jailbroken devices with AppSync installed.
This can be fixed so:
1. Uninstall GlassTower2
2. Uninstall AppSync
3. Reboot device (important!)
4. Install GlassTower2
5. Buy LevelPack(s)/ LevelEditor (or just press OK to download it if you already
bought it)
6. Install AppSync again
Q: When I try to buy something in the "Shop" it's is either unavailable or I get a
message telling me that I am unauthorized to purchase,etc.
A: Go to Setting -> General -> Restrictions
In section "Allowed content" verify In-App purchases switch.
It must be turned ON.
Q: I have been enjoying Glass Tower 2 but sometimes the game will
not load past the opening screen. It opens to the first screen then
after a few seconds it exits the app on it's own.

Q: I purchased LevelPack 1 and Level editor for Glass Tower 2 and got a new phone and
to get back to those levels it says I have to purchase them again?
How do I get the items I paid for without paying again?
A: If you already bought LevelPack (or other features), you can get it for free to
other device with the same iTunes account (important!!!).
